Is it really free to make voice calls within the BME STAR fleet?
Within Hungary you can choose any BME KLUB package (S, M, L, XL).
Is there a BME KLUB package that allows me to call home within the EU free of charge?
Yes, ask for details of the BME KLUB XL or L package in a Telekom shop.
I am thinking of getting one of these subscriptions for my parents or my partner during my years at the BME, beacuse of the BME KLUB fleet discounts. Is there a way to do this?
Yes, you can have up to 2 fleet subscriptions in your name while you are an active student at the BME.
I use a mobile subscription from my parents company, can I get the BME KLUB subscriber discounts?
No, only private individuals can join our fleet.
How much mobile data is included in BME KLUB packages?
BME KLUB is available with S, M, L, XL voice call size offers, from 500MB to unlimited data, and you can tailor your package to your needs.
Can I only order a voice plan or a mobile data plan?
The BME KLUB can only offer competitive prices in a package, make sure you check it yourself!
Is it possible to port a number from another operator to join the fleet?
Yes, you can do that.
I am a foreign citizen, can I join?
Yes, if in addition to your BME student ID card you have a temporary or permanent Hungarian address card, passport or personal identification document, residence permit, which you present at a Telekom shop when signing the contract.
I have a Domino prepaid plan, can I change it?
Yes, please visit one of the Telekom shops.
Which Telekom shop can I visit to sign a contract?
Any one, whether it’s close to the University of Technology, a dorm or your home address.
What phone can you recommend for the package?
The amount of the device discount depends on the monthly fee of the fleet voice + Fleet Net mobile data package, you can ask about it in a Telekom shop.
