Can I buy the products in person?

No, currently you can only buy the products of BMESHOP in our webshop. 

How can I pay for my order?

You can only pay for your order via Barion using your credit card.

Is my order still valid even if my credit card could not be charged by the online shop?

In this case your order is not valid. In all cases, we will notify you of the current status of your order, including when we have accepted your order, to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

When can I pick up my order?

We’ll do our best to get your purchased products to you as soon as possible! In all cases, we will inform you of the current status of your order, including when you can collect it at the collection point of your choice, via the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. 

How many days does it usually take to complete?

Where can I collect the products I have ordered?

You can pick up the products you have ordered at the cafeterias in the St and Q buildings, during opening hours (Mon-Fri 7:30-15:00).

What can I do if the size I have chosen is not right?

Please write us an email to info@bmeshop.hu with the problem within 15 days of receipt! Our staff will then contact you. 

What can I do if I have received the wrong product or a faulty product?

In this case, you need to go through the following points: 

  • Please write us an email to the info@bmeshop.hu adress with the problem within 15 days of receipt!  
  • Our staff will contact you to arrange an appointment within 5 days to take back the product. 
  • If the product is undamaged, we will refund your money to the bank account used to make the purchase within 5 working days of receipt. 

What can I do if I don't like the product I ordered?

In this case, you need to go through the following points: 

  • Please write us an email to the info@bmeshop.hu address with the problem within 15 days of receipt!  
  • Our staff will contact you to arrange an appointment within 5 days to take back the product. 
  • If the product is undamaged, we will refund your money to the bank account used to make the purchase within 5 working days of receipt. 

Do I get a discount if I order a larger quantity?

Is it possible to order a specific product for our discipline or faculty?

The BMESHOP team invites university faculties, voluntary and professional groups to apply for the production of unique products. In such cases, please contact us at the email address below: info@bmeshop.hu 

What can I do if the product I want is not in stock? Is it possible to backorder?

Backordering is not available, so get the pieces you like as soon as possible! 

How many days does it take to deliver to your door or parcel?

Delivery to your door or parcel delivery point is expected to take 1 week.
